Return Policy

We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with our products. That is why we will accept back any item within 30 days of purchase - with the exception of custom blends, due to the "custom" nature of the product. Any tea accessory items to be returned must be unopened and unused. To return an item, email us at returns@teashackteas.com with the following information: name, address, item to be returned and the date of purchase. You will then be contacted with the address information to send the return to. Once we have received the returned item, your credit card or paypal account will be credited. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost nor any shipping costs involved in the return process as we have no way to cover these expenses.
